Domino’s at this location doesn’t deliver in Port Allen area, blows my mind which is less than a 10 miles radius. When I called the store they sent me to an customer service line (operator). Couldn’t help me with a simple order. Had many end calls on there end.

Waited an hour for delivery and then called and was told by an employee they had only one driver and I could come get it or wait, offered no apology and he was rude. I said I’d wait since I wasn’t trying to get out that evening. Was then called by them after 2 hours at which they said they weren’t delivering now due to weather but that I could come get it. Absolutely horrible service and did not attempt to make it right. It was the 3225 LA Hwy 1 suite B location in port Allen LA.

canceled my order on the app after over an hour of waiting... when I called.. 5 minutes of auto prompts when someone finally picked up they left the phone on the counter and hung up. Don't waste your time on this dump.

I decided to order carry out which, I never do, because I was feeling sick this day. I live about 8mins away from this location and waited over 1 hour for them to deliver my pizza. When it was delivered to me it was cold and they brought me 2/3 of the wrong dipping sauces I ordered. The driver said she could bring me the correct ones and I said thank you. Once i sat and opened my box, I saw that there was no cheese or sauce on the entire center of my pizza. It was just naked dry baked bread. There was only cheese, pepperoni at the tops near the crust. I called the store and they told me I should have ordered extra cheese if I wanted extra. I explained that I don’t need extra cheese, the issue was half of the pizza was bald!! I said the driver was coming back to bring me the correct sauce anyway so I asked if they could just remake it and send it back with her and she could take the messed up pizza back to the store. The girl on the phone told me that I needed to come into their location to let the manager see the pizza before they would make me another one. I was frustrated because the whole point of delivery was so I didn’t have to go outside not feeling well!! So I drive to the store and the manager angrily throws the pizza away after looking at and tells and the boy to ring up another one and make it but then he tells me it will take 17mins!!! No refund, no extra accommodations! Just made me wait again for another pizza that they messed up. I have been ordering from here for 4 years and this is the absolute worse experience I have had with this location. I will not be trusting them to deliver anything to me again because they do not double check the food at all before sending it out!!
