For someone that doesn't travel around this area, I found it very difficult to locate this building... once I did find the parking lot I realized I drove past it 4 times without realizing there are businesses behind the construction 🏗️🚧 that was going on, between the parking lot & street.

Easy question all you have to do is go to the receptionist tell him why you're there and they'll direct you to the proper person

Unfortunately u'll always get that automated recording. U can leave a message asking 4 ur case worker 2 call u back, but sometimes u'll need 2 call & leave the message several times b4 they'll call u back & most of the time it won't b ur actual case worker that calls u. It's difficult 2 get the specific case worker 2 call u back, but the person who does call u back shud b able 2 help u. It's a very frustrating process. Sorry! Good Luck!
