The Denton branch is horrible. They do not respond most times and they do not give the level of care as the Mckinney brach. They removed my moms wonderful regular nurse after 3 years stating it was a logistics reason. They do not send the same nurse as they said they would each week. They do not order wound care supplies as they are needed as well. This branch is terrible and they need to be closed down. They do not keep within a patients schedule and the new nurse for my mom does not notify when she is off and if someone else will be going to dress my moms wounds and take her vitals. Unacceptable! Shame on this so called home health care. I am reporting this branch. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS BRANCH WITH YOUR LOVES ONES CARE!

Provider rules for accessinility not patient friendly. Refuse to provide confirmed recurring appointment. Repesting appt are not confirmed until day before appt. Notice of appointment not provided until day before spptment. Make patient feel they are problematic & subject to early discharge because of company rules on scheduling

If you still have workday you can access it . If you don't you need to call the Dallas payroll office and request your w2 mailed to you and give them the mailing address
