Went tonight to renew my membership, not only was the girl at the service desk rude but one of the employees in the store was loud and obnoxious and it seemed like everywhere I went he was right behind me acting like a childish fool and the checkout girl was just as foul .. very disappointed with the store tonight for the first time in many years !!!

Been shopping at BJs Victor location for many years. We've been BJs customers since the very first store opened in Henrettia, easily 30 years ago. We drive an hour bi-monthly to shop at Bjs. June 19, 2022 we had two carts full of groceries easily worth $800+. There were no registers open, only self check out. An employee told us that we cannot use self check out because it is limited to only 20 items. In the past we have used self check out but that's fine, we have no issue going to a register. He told us this women would open up her register for us. She stood there talking to him (the first employee) for a couple of minutes and once he walked away she looked at us briefly and turned away from us, still not turning on her light. We repeatedly asked for help and did not receive it, and we couldn't use the self check out. So we stood there for 10mins waiting for some assistance after again asking. Meanwhile, an employee trying to stock giant chocolate chip cookies near the registers was grabbing the packages one handed by the middle. The cookies kept popping open and spilling everywhere. They were swearing up a storm about the cookies as customers walked by. They then picked up the cookies, without gloves, put them in the packages, and then put them on the display table, disgusting. We left without our groceries. As someone who is a manager in food retail, I am appalled by this locations managment and employees.

This location has been a great provider of food throughout the covid crisis. A well-kept secret. Also, I just went to the optical area and Amanda is amazing. She repaired my glasses and sent me on my way with a new case for them, all at no charge.

Personally a great store and great employee team. My son chocked on his baby cereal and a helpful employ by Cody saved him. I will definitely be coming back there to do my shopping soon.
