Taste of food was good and we did not wait long to eat, but...this Chili's did not smell good, kitchen doors were open (on the way to the restroom) and there was plenty of garbage at plain sight. The restroom lacked cleanliness and had a strong odor. Sorry, I will not return anytime soon.

Chilis is my favorite restaurant all the time but I don’t know what’s wrong with the way they do the chips, normally they use a bag and I don’t like how messy looks inside of the box where you can’t barely see the quesadillas. Y’all need to be more organized with yalls job, all about ethics tho and good presentation. Sad!

Unbelievable. I’m a local business also, family felt like chili tonight and I decided to order from Chili’s in Watauga. Very disappointed, very dry and absolutely not the chili you’d want. Ordered an additional order that came cold and had instructions to reheat. WHAT??

Went to this location for the first time today took the bf to watauga and decided to stop and have a early dinner, and we loved it!! I think besides the food what made it such a great experience was how awesome the service was!!👌👌 (Kally) was our server and she freaking rocked!! She was on top of everything from menu recommendations to to-go drinks would make the drive again just for the experience and service we received 👌👍 great job!!!👏👏
