Used to be the best place to my eyebrows done, but it’s gone so downhill. After the 3rd time of the really slow and poor service I gave up and went down the street. Hopefully they change staffing soon!

I just got off work and I have been here a few times in the past and the girls are wonderful here. I just left about 10 minutes ago. I literally signed in and she had me out in 5 minutes. She did an absolute rush job on me. Not only that she was a bit rough and had a grouchy demeanor. When she was finished I observed my brows and I suspected something would be off being that she got done way too quick.. I had hairs still on my eyebrows where it should have been threaded off. I was immediately irritated so I didn’t even bother to let her remove them. I was just ready to go. I’ll just go home and pluck them. When I paid I did NOT tip her as I usually always do. She was aggressive from the start. Whoever the lady who is there as of this second needs some better customer service and learn how to not do rush jobs. If I come again I will remember her face and she will never service me again.

I have been to 5 different threading salons and the experience I had with this shop was far superior. They were respectful and patient, I basically walked through the door singed in and they were calling me. My eyebrows came out perfectly. This will be my regular place from now on. Also, did I mention it was very inexpensive to get my eyebrows done.

After trying so many different places and trusting them with my eye brows this is the best place. The lady who did my eye brows was the best when she was done with the first one she showed me I was so happy to see my eye brow had life again. At the end I was like wow never seen my eye brows so shaped like this in a long time. I really do recommend this place!!!!
