I would have to say my first visit at Scoops was met with a not so friendly staff. However it's a cute icecream parlor with good icecream and fair prices. I would visit them again and also recommend Scoops to others.

They shouldnt be, i was just there yesterday i believe. I saw that they looked closed a little bit ago when passing though.
