The room was clean, however stuff like sheets and blanket had a musty smell, broken elevator, AC wasn't working well, tv was annoyingly slow, no handle on shower, shampoo was empty and other little things. Service was friendly though.

Had a great stay at this hotel with my family of 13 for our family reunion.The rooms were nice and the entire staff was extra friendly. Wendy, the Frazier family appreciates your excellent hospitality and outstanding customer service, as well as that of the rest of the staff. Enjoyed the breakfast options, and the bar was very fun. Thanks guys!!!

Great for a business traveler, but not great for traveling with kids. Big comfortable room, nice clean beds, great shower and water pressure. Maid service was spotty: the beds were never made, the trash wasn't always taken out, but we did get fresh towels everyday. The daily free breakfast was good, but had no kid-friendly options.

The bar/lounge alone is worth coming to this hotel! Amanda helped make our group feel special while we watched the Stanley Cup Finals! As someone who spends alot of nights in hotels this was a very welcome surprise and added such character. Thanks again Amanda for ringing the shot bell for us and helping the Avs get a victory!
