Semi friendly staff. Bought two pre-owned office chairs. They did not last a day before the shocks just kept slipping down. I would assume those would be the first or second thing checked before being sold. And went in for something completely different and was told what was on their website was actually in the Mobile location. Well would have been nice to know before driving 30 minutes to the Pensacola location.
