The Batavia office is always accommodating! They go above and beyond for their clients. I always feel comfortable when I walk out. Today especially I had Dr. Sai he was putting in a filling for me and from start to finish he was very soothing and caring. He told me from the start that he was going to give me the best shot I have ever had and was he right! I hate needles and he definitely made sure I was ok throughout the whole process.
