Jackie Woods, I'd you currently have a Direct Express card and it's getting time to expire, they'll automatically send you a new one. Also, if you have your current card, call the number on the back of it and follow the prompts to speak with a live representative. With them, you can request the paper copy of what you want and change your address all in the same call. Of course, you can try going into the app, and go into your profile and change your address that way. Hope this helps you!

You should be receiving a Medicare booklet in the mail. It answered most of my questions. Social Security office does not handle your application. You have to contact Medicare.gov directly or call a Medicare specialist. My wife worked with Medicare Solutions to apply for both of ours. You actually have 3 months before and after your 65th birthday to apply. Hope this helped you.
