Picked up order and 2 of the 4 were wrong. Ask about garlic and was told that they did not come with the pizza I had to purchase them ater spending almost $80 on pizza. Would highly recommend going elsewhere this place is horrible.

I hate I could not give 0 stars. I was in gulf shores on West Beach Blvd. The website showed a Papa John's in about 1 mile. I called the number to place an order. Always liked their pizza. I asked if the store was across the street from the Original Oyster House. He said yes. Ready in 10 minutes. Okay. I drove up there. Store is closed up and locked. I called the listed number and chose the option to speak to the manager since all others would be a recording. Whoever answered told me that location was no longer in business. The other person that took my order should have known that. Fire him now. Fix your website with correct information. Remove your sign from a building you are no longer doing business in. I am not from gulf shores. Anyway, the store i had to go to to get a now cold pizza was a long way from where I was. Took over 20 minutes. Never would have ordered if I had correct information, either from the website or the person taking the order. Horrible experience. Unhappy is putting it mildly. By the way, ordered 2 extra garlic sauces and only got 1.

This Papa John’s has burned a long-lasting humorous memory in my daughter’s mind...and a long-lasting memory of molten pizza on my leg. The pizza is so good. You know when it smells so good and the box Is warm on your lap. You have to sample. Against bodily well-being you still have to sample. Even though you know that first bite has the potential to pull all the liquid topping off and scald your tongue, lips, and chin in the process. I was aware of the swing to the chin. I dodged it with catlike reflexes...only to have molten pizza toppings fall onto my inner thigh. I don’t think I’ve ever screamed that loud. Of course my daughter is laughing hysterically in the backseat. “Daddy screamed like a girl.” She still laughs about it every time there is Papa John’s. All of that to say it’s fresh and hot. We were back again for another big order. Ordered online and order was ready as scheduled when we arrived. Our cashier even helped carry our order to the car. Thanks again.
