We had the best experience getting an auto loan from this place! Honesty was a light in our situation and did a great job of getting our information to send to our loan officer Mo Ramos. Mo went ABOVE AND BEYOND over the course of about 2 days to get us taken care of. While talking with Honesty and Mo, my wife and I mentioned a future home mortgage. Once again they went above and beyond, getting our information to Mitch who called asking if I had any questions regarding home loans. If I ever need a loan in the future, I will be starting with Credit Union of Texas!

I had to do a wire transfer from my CUTX account, and the security protocol I had to go through get it sent was AWESOME!! So many difficult questions that I didn't see coming, but only I would know the answer to. I greatly appreciate them not messing around with security and keeping my account so safe. Wire fraud is rampant, and I would have to say bank accounts at this place a quite safe from wire fraud.

My experience was wonderful! My MRS Honestly was excellent! Her bubbly personality was infectious, she was very polite and extremely professional. Her extensive knowledge was refreshing. She made the process of becoming a new member a great experience, it was done expeditiously despite her having internet issues. I would definitely recommend Credit Union of Texas.
