They are prejudiced/biased at this Shell: I needed to use the atm but was told they were currently closed (doors locked). I drove off but noticed the Shell employee allowed 2 caucasian women inside the store and apparently locked the doors again. They also charge you extra for gas per gallon if you're not getting a car wash. No incentive more like extortion.

They say open 24hrs, yet I go there every morning and have to wait atleast 30mins for guy to come from back. Most of my co workers stopped going there because the same reason. Come on people! That's how much you appreciate our business? Just contacted customer service. This is rediculous.

Had to wake cashier up by tapping on window with keys and when he was done with us he crawled back on the counter and went back to ssleep

No coffee at 6:30 am. Hot cup would have been nice on a rainy day. Cashier was busy with their phone and never even said hello. Obvious laziness going on here on part of employees.
