Really disappointed in the fact that I waited for my drink longer then someone who came 10 mins after I ordered. I guess some people are more important then others at this specific Starbucks. I’ll just keep going to the one I was going to before because they actually follow an order for drinks. Also it wasn’t a mobile order they did they ordered at the cashier.

Was very busy and not very organized. I waited an extra 10 minutes for my drink because the barista had no Splenda. With at least people working at 9:11 am the line should have been stocked.

Ordered a peppermint mocha decaf. (Can't have caffeine because of medical issues). They said they were out of decaf and out of the chocolate sprinkles on top and out of chocolate syrup. There was something else but I can't remember. I couldn't believe they were out of a lot that day. So I was forced to buy a hot chocolate and add the peppermint syrup inside. I finally get my drink and there's barley any whip cream on top and the drink wasn't even filled to the rim like always. I'm thinking there was a lot of foam that went down as I walked to my car and opened the lid. Because this is what it looked like. Overall bad experience. I've added a picture of what it looked like before I drunk it.
