discount tire advertises that if you buy your tires from them you will get free balancing & rotations for the life of the tires. This is true unless you drive a dually with aluminum wheels, which require the tires to be dismounted & remounted on the wheels. I've driven this truck since 2016 & they have never charged for this service. Today I was informed by Mitch @ the Grapevine TX store that they will have to charge me for the extra labor of dismounting & remounting the tires. Huge fail Discount Tire if you advertise free rotations & balancing then you should honor that regardless of the labor. I have 5 vehicles & many trailers historically I've purchased all my tires @ Discount tire, but will rethink that in the future.

Love this place great prices great merchandise and I love the staff Past and present Today is the 21st of March went in today for tires for my work vehicle as usual got excellent service in-and-out Neil, Matt and Cody I could go on but I don't know all their names If you need tires or rims this is the place to shop
