I give 4 stars in comparison to other WHs. I enjoy WH. Recently, I've patronized a few less than clean or friendly locations. I've only ever walked out of one (Hammond, La.) THIS location is one of the better facilities. The people were friendly and upbeat, the food was fast and hot, the server was attentive and the place was pretty clean. I am in the foodservice industry so my critiques are based on my extensive knowledge but can be double edged. I report what I see and experience; good and bad.

Went in was busy but got a table decently quick then waited a lil to get drinks then was asked what we wanted (never received the menus) was finally given the menus,then 10 min later the waitress still never returned to get our order I understand being busy might take awhile for the cooks to get the food out but shouldn't take 20 min and still not even been able to order the food yet this location used to be good now its went down hill I finally just got up and paid for my family drinks and left

I eat here alot and lately my orders have not been that good. The cook needs to stop bragging and talking and pay attention to what he's doing and the waitress needs to pay attention to the orders she's putting out and when thay ask if everything was OK thay need to wate for a answer before asking someone else the same quistion.

Customer service during the early morning shift are great. We get served by Pam, she knows what we want when we come in and our drinks are waiting for us. She rocks!
