Lovely another package thrown in my yard because the worker didn’t want to leave her truck. Or maybe mention the packages jammed into my mailbox, bent and damaged that you would need a saw to get out. Or maybe that they have nearly ripped the mailbox out of the ground, all to save a few steps. Let’s also mention the employees laughing at me when I came in and complained. The employee was right there and said “it was raining!” They all laughed, then I got a shoulder shrug from the manager. If there was negative stars I would chose that. In 20 years not one single good experience!

2 pieces of mail showed on my informed delivery app that conveniently never made it to my mail box, but every other letter that showed in the picture did. There are no costumer service reps to speak with, only an operator. I’ve reported the mail missing and sent an email with no response.
