I made an online order to be picked up at 1:45(lunch break). Get to the place and my order was not ready. I had to wait for them to fix it. I ordered raspberry tea, but got unsweet tea. I also ordered the southwest chicken salad, but they put turkey on it instead. Cinnamon roll was cold. Restaurant was not clean and employees were unprofessional. Looked like all the employees were on break at the same time. I will never ever go back to this place. I want my money back, but didnt have time to complain. SMDH!

This is the most unprofessional business. I attempted to place a to go order over the phone. I called this business multiple times and nobody answered. At this point I’m assuming they’re really busy in there. I decide to go directly to the business to order since nobody was answering the phone. As I’m walking in the door one of the employees is walking out to her car. When I get inside another lady is on her phone sitting at one of the tables maybe on a lunch break. They didn’t have any customers inside this business. The same lady that went to her car came back inside 5 mins later. I’m standing at the register waiting to place an order and no one is at the register to help me. The lady who came back inside and the lady who sitting down did not acknowledge me standing there. Finally I ask them are you guys closed? I also mentioned that I called multiple times to place a to go order. The lady sitting down says we couldn’t find the phone. I asked her at this point can I place an order? Finally this guy comes from the back he look like he just woke up from a nap or he was high on something. At this point I decided to walk out and not order from there anymore. This is the most unprofessional business I’ve been to a long time. They need some serious customer service training ASAP.

UPDATE 9/30/21 After contacting corporate and them talking to the store manager, he reached out to me and graciously offered to replace the entire meal. I went yesterday and got what I had originally ordered and everything was great! Thank Schlotzsky's! I have been get several times with no problem but today I went to the drive thru and ordered soup and a sandwich. I got to work and only had a sandwich, no soup. I paid for both. I tried calling the store several times but no one answered my call. I'm giving three stars because this is my first bad experience with them. I should have checked before I left, but I needed to get back to work and as I've never had any problem with them I didn't feel the need to check.

They sometimes are a little behind but, give them time cuz when you get your order, it will be exactly what you ordered and it will be good
