I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of service and communication. I need my reverse osmosis system serviced and have been patiently waiting quite awhile only to be let down. I’ve been contacted each time around 8 P.M. the evening before my appointment to be told they need to reschedule a month later. Only to be told yet again a month later the night before my appointment it needs to be rescheduled again. This has happened multiple times. I don’t understand how this can continually happen, it’s so last minute and very unprofessional.

Highly recommend Rainsoft DFW. Their products are of the highest quality and my wife and I love both our water conditioner and the reverse osmosis system that we took ownership of when we bought our house last summer. There was one issue that we had that the company did not have to correct since we were the second owner, but they did. We will be using their products and services going forward.
