Ms. Lynch saved my life. I won’t go into details but she could’ve handled my probation to the letter of the law & it would’ve destroyed my future. A jail time conviction at that stage in my life would’ve closed so many doors for me. But she showed me tough love in ways I couldn’t comprehend at the time as a young 21 year old. I’ll never forget me crying to her on the phone either about some service hours I’d missed or a drug test I thought I might fail. She didn’t console me or tell me everything was going to be alright. Instead she told me “stop all that crying and act like a man whose responsibilities matter to him. If you slipped up, that crying won’t make the circumstances change. It’s the actions that will.” She never once gave me a smile or a reassuring glance to let me know I’d be ok. Instead, she let her actions speak for her & gave me the second chance I needed. I sent her flowers after I completed my probation. But today I’m a young man earning 6 figures and that simply would not have happened without her giving me a chance. A lot of probation officers will smile in your face then sign away your life with the stroke of the pen. I am thankful ms. Lynch did the opposite. She looked at me plainly for the young criminal that I was.. but silently behind the scenes she acted on my behalf because maybe she could see what I might be able to become one day. She was right. Thank you!

None of the probation officers ever answer their phones or updates anything! My husband is on probation and updated everything with this location & when he went in the next month they arrested him because they claim nothing was updated! Very unorganized! Please make copies and date everything you give these people! They obviously don’t care some people have families to take care of!
