Really a great place to purchase a vehicle. No pushy sales people, no weird dealer add ons, and no games or gimmicks in the finance department. It's just clean, honest and easy. And then after the sale, the service department, especially Greg and Kim, are top notch.

My Vehicle is been at the dealer since OCT 2021 to till date. Issue is vehicle stalls while driving(No Power while accelerating). Towed the vehicle to dealer more than 4times on the same issue, every time they say some part went out need to replace it. I do have extended warranty(AlfaWarrantyService). They help in covering for that. This dealership quote more labor hours than the market standards. I need to pay out-of-pocket some times. My Service Advisor was Kim Tran. I don't know how they diagnose & what the technicians do. Every time they hand over the vehicle to me the issue will trigger again. Tried to reach @AlfaRomeoUSA they also didn't help me out for a proper solution. Very disappointed on Alfa Romeo & this dealership. I'm just paying my car monthly payments for no use.

Absolutely no accountability... I bought a Certified Pre-owned 2019 Giulia with only 10k miles in April 2021. (Supposedly the only one they had been done according to Greg the service manager). Less than a month later in May with only 1k more miles on it a Brake notification popped up. So I emailed Johnny (my sales rep) and he told me to bring it in. Unfortunately I went TDY (temporary duty assignment, I know I still don't know why it's Y) shortly after but the notification disappeared and I had forgotten about it less than 2 weeks later. Only 5 months pass and the brakes lock up on me. Grinding incessantly at only 17k miles. After evaluation from a local dealership that I've seen sell Alfas, they say the calipers locked up and to have it towed to a Alfa Dealership for warranty. So I call Alfa Romeo customer service (also an absolute dumpster fire) and they send my car to Fort Worth. To get reviewed It was determine "a sensor that was broken is what caused the lock up and is not covered under warranty". So after calling momentum to explain the situation they stated "well if you tow it to us we can see what we can do". Now I'm $180 dollars deep from the inspection from Fort Worth, an additional $70 to tow to Momentum just for them to tall me, if it doesn't pass inspection (like fort worth) I would have to pay 2200 dollars.... Fort Worth quoted me 1650 after I explained to them the situation. I asked momentum to take accountability and match that price AT LEAST. Absolutely unreal. So I was told "it's my fault for not being it in". I would rather low crawl across a beach of Legos than deal with these people
