They leg press handles are missing and make your hands sticky. I suitted the request two times to fix and no resolution in 3 months. One of the managers brought a dog into the gym when he worked out.

Edit: they locked the FREE WEIGHTS in the Zumba/yoga room and stated that it's only meant for classes now. I think they said that it was due to gym members either leaving them out or stealing them...??? Firstly, guys, what a stupid thing to steal. Secondly, we pay to use these weights and we can't unless we make one of the class times that don't really fit the schedule of a working person. I think the pool is still nice and they do keep the locker rooms clean and nice. But still, I'm really disappointed that we can't use something that we pay to do just that. I actually liked it a lot! I was kind of nervous due to the numerous bad reviews that popped up recently, but I'm happy that my experience was a positive one. I will say that people working there do seem a bit overworked, and it's most likely due to the staff shortage that's not THEIR fault. But, they were nice! And the person who had helped me get the guest pass was also very nice and helpful. The pool was very clean and not crowded when I went, as was the women's locker room and bathrooms. I will say that the weight rack as a bit of a mess when I went, but I'm going to say that's more on the people who are not putting them back than the staff. More importantly, I'm a self conscious person when it comes to working out, and I didn't feel judged while doing my thing nor was i pushed into buying a membership right away.
