This is my favorite Kroger around. It’s always neat, well spaced, stocked good, and has plenty of self check out stands, which I love. It has cashiers too. Lol. The gas is ALWAYS cheaper than the neighboring town’s Kroger, which is odd. Currently gas is running .30 cheaper than Macon Krogers!

The manager Gabrielle is the definition of immature and a child with power. Last night me and my 5 ur old daughter were shopping at Kroger and had 4 police officers come escort us out bc she called me and said I was trespassing. My daughter was so traumatized that she wouldn’t go to sleep for till after midnight thinking the police were going to take me away. I have don’t nothing to this girl. Why did she do that you may ask. Bc I didn’t accept a proposal from her best friend back in February. This woman has hurt my child and not to mention other employees by her use of power. If this is how Kroger treats there customers of 25 plus years, then I will never step foot in one again. Not to even mention she reaks of BO 🤢

My wife and I shop here nearly daily as instacart shoppers. This store seems to never be clean, boxes just dropped in the aisles. Shopping carts…..would be nice if they ever brought them in. The carts they do have are missing wheels, welds are broken, bent where only 3 wheels touch the ground, tires are missing off 90% of their cart stock. I don’t understand why a grocery store wouldn’t invest in shopping carts, the one thing EVERY shopper uses.

I had a wonderful experience today. Damien was all alone on his register. His register light was out but he invited people to his line anyway when they asked if he was still open. He asked me how I was with a wonderful heart warming smile. As he scanned he informed me they were extremely short staffed today and thank you for my patience. I started to bag up my groceries myself to help him out when another associate came up and bagged my groceries. I also had to get a money order and when I looked up it was Damien again. We joked about how I just saw him. I asked if they had a survey I could take to shout him out. He laughed and said no ma'am. I told him I would leave him a review on Google.
