I called ahead yesterday , that lady told me she will be waiting. I would give 0 if I could. And the office is empty like hell when I came me today, I was the only one customer in the hall. It’s Tuesday! I knocked all the doors. No one answered . Until 15 minutes later, a man came in for water service and a lady came out to serve this man. Oh dear God!

They turned my water off. Today along with everyone else that was traveling or out of town. As a long time Bedford resident since 1990. I will be moving.

I deal with a lot of the local city water departments since I have the Scott real estate company in Bedford and I often purchase homes that are in bad condition and will need to have the water turned on so the house can be remodeled. Most water departments are like going back in time so it can be quite amusing. I find the ladies that work the window at the office are very helpful and have a great attitude considering the wrath they take on a regular basis from the public. My suggestion to anyone needing water service is to go see them in person. Give them a big smile and they will be just as nice back. I look forward to visiting them.
