Pei Wei stole a tip that was supposed to be given to me. I just spent a half hour wait for an order for a customer who told me they tipped me in the app. I get out and deliver a large order and the tip was not given. Pei Wei STOLE MY TIP. I Will be calling the head manager. Definitely not the one of that store.

Courtney was awesome, the food was awesome, the dessert and drinks were awesome. Will defiantly be back to see Courtney!

1. Online order was not ready by pickup time 2. After giving the worker my name and waiting an additional 15 min my order was just sitting on the counter. 3. Requested to have cabbage added to my order - no cabbage. 4. I order the new bourbon chicken with fried rice. My fried rice was drown in bourbon sauce and was not enjoyable. Update: Management reached out and apologized and provided excellent customer service to correct issue. This gesture was very appreciative. Thank you so much!
