Loved the doctors but the receptionist is terrible. She is always rude. We would usually wait at least an hour past the appointment time to be seen. One time we were running 10 min late she was rude and insulting when my wife called. Twice our kids were prescribed the wrong antibiotic so we called and didn’t hear back for a week. Multiple times we called when our kids were newborns and were sick and were told to take them to urgent care.

I love the drs at this facility. They are very attentive and provide excellent service. The front receptionist at the front is very rude. Every time I call she is rude to me and never listens to any of my questions. When setting my appointment she never looks my way and is very short. I am not sure if it’s because I am Hispanic and not Caucasian. She also never wears her mask. I hope they find someone to replace her or I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. We just moved in the area and my son needed to be see somewhere, so our insurance suggested this place. I called to schedule an appointment. Rita is very unprofessional and rude. She made it seem like she didn’t care about my son being seen. She just said it needs to be “approved and we aren’t accepting new patients till February” DID NOT care of what my son had or was going through or help me find other ways to get him medical care in the meantime. Like they don’t want us as patients, we guess what we don’t want you as a health care facility. NEVER in my life has any health care office, clinic, etc has ever made us feel so unwanted. This is a blessing in disguise, because if the one who answers the phones represents how my kids will be treated, I’ll just take my business elsewhere.
