BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I am a loyal customer of this TSO location for well over 10 years. I have only tried to branch off once and never made the mistake again. I am always pleased with the service provided. Today during my visit Ms. Lily was so sweet and personable to get me checked before seeing Dr. Cruz. Dr. Cruz is very professional, informative, and patient. The cherry on top was speaking with Ms. Nancy. She did wonderful with her understanding of my needs and request. She advocated for me and provided exceptional expertise in finding better than what I thought I wanted. She made the experience fun, and I was so pleased to have worked with her during this visit. I would highly recommend and continue to recommend this location!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I ordered contacts from them and never received them. I asked for my money back and they said they couldn’t do that either. The worst customer service EVER! Please do not come here if you want even decent customer service. I’ve been coming here since I was a teenager and they’re absolutely terrible now.

Nancy Cruz, the general manager is AMAZING!!! I hadn’t worn contact lenses in over 10 years and she was so patient with instructing me how to put in and take out my contact lenses. I appreciate her attention to detail and positive attitude!
