Very much not into the attitude with which they chose to treat my wife. I do not appreciate the way people operate these days. It is enfuriating that they try to belittle and throw out backhanded comments. Truly an unpleasant experience one I don't wish upon anyone. This place didn't even respect the appt, the allotted time and still chose to charge. And didn't want to do anything in terms of trying to make things better. This is so upsetting and I really regret having ever tried this place.

I absolutely love this place. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, here is sooooo nice and welcoming. I had J do my lashes and they came out perfectly, exactly what I asked for. I also love that they take care of your natural lashes as well. Thank you ladies for making me feel beautiful, will be back!

I came in for a full eyelash set, my technician was Jenny (a senior apparently). Once the set was complete my top eyelid on the left side was glued to the bottom. She was able to correct that but it only got worse from there. It has been nearly 2 years since I have had eyelash extentions but I am very familiar with them and have had them done many tines in the past. However, as it had been so long since I received this service when I noticed how bloodshot my eyes were after the procedure I thought it was just a reaction to the glue or that my eyes were no longer used to extentions. I paid and left. My eyes did not settle. The right eye was so painful so I looked closer at my eyelashes and noticed how low they were. They also appeared to be glued to my skin rather then my lashes. I don't know if this is how it is done here but it is a technique I am not familiar with. I for one have lots of long natural eyelashes so it just seemed strange to me. I decided to sleep on it and hoped my eyes would settle with rest. The next morning they were worse, much worse. I was unable to sleep and woke up at 4 am. I called at 9am on the dot when they opened and begged for an adjustment to correct the issues. They were able to get me in with a "master" technician who was lovely and appeared to be quite competent. Unfortunately the 20 mins they allotted ( and I'm certain it was not a full 20mins either way) was not enough time for her to fix everything. Although she was very careful to not speak poorly of a coworker she made it clear to me that the installation the day before was not done well and commented on the glue on my skin. When our time was up she apologized and said she wished she had time for more. My lashes felt immensely better but my eyes were still red and I still had pain I assumed I had a scratch and it would heal in a day or so. I left them alone all day Sunday but by Monday morning I knew there were still lashes installed incorrectly causing me pain. I called again and ask for them to please fix my lashes ( this all occurred within the 3 day period). Although the receptionists I spoke with was very kind and understanding they were unable to offer me a solution. My only option was to pay (they offered me a 50% discount) to have an appointment to fix the lashes. To me this is unacceptable. I paid for a service that was poorly executed and although I gave this business every opportunity to fix this issue they have been unable to do so. I'm incredibly disappointed with the way this situation was handled and will not be returning. I would caution anyone considering going here in the future to think again. These were the worst eyelashes I have ever had coupled with terrible customer service. If you are a business and you screw up, it is your responsibility to fix the issue for your customers no matter what ot takes. I am sure the manager will respond with some snarky comments they way she or he ( I'm not sure as I was never contacted by the manager or if I was they never informed me as such) has responded to all the other negative reviews, which is fine as I know the truth of the situation and I am not being malicious in this review. I bumped it up to 2 stars simply for the politeness of the receptionist and the fact that the master technician seemed good. If you choose to go here after this review I strongly advise you to pay the higher rate and get a master instead of a senior which I believe is $150 non member price. Full disclosure I paid the intro price of a senior at $90 before including tax and tip. Simply on the way they were unable to be accountable for the poor application of my set I hope you don't go here... good luck if you do.

Hi Claudia, we are sorry you feel that way but from the phone recording, it sounded like you were upset that we don't offer permanent brow tattooing. The front was trying to explain that to you and you did not like her response. As far as our other seduces, we do offer, we have brow lamination, waxing and tint if you were interested!

Absolutely! To help your lashes last longer, be sure to wash them with our Eyelash Foaming Cleanser after a workout or heavy activity. This will remove excess oil around your eyelash extensions.
At Amazing Lash Studio, all of our lash stylists are professionally trained in our proprietary extension application process, in addition to their professional training as a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist. Master and Senior stylists, our most accomplished lash artists, are also available. They are all dedicated to making your lashes look amazing.
Eyelash extension refills take 45-60 minutes. If less than 50% of your lash extensions remain (per eye) you may need to schedule a Full Set instead.
Our lash studio asks that our guests allow 90 minutes to 2 hours for your first full set appointment. If you have lash extensions on currently, please let us know so we can schedule additional time for a lash removal service.

To ensure that we have the proper amount of time for each guest, we require that you book an appointment for our lash studio. You may choose your stylist and the time that works best for you. You can also indicate the style of lash extensions you want at that time.
For best results, our lash studio recommends keeping your new lashes dry and avoiding participating in activities with excessive humidity and that cause you to sweat for the first 48 hours after application.
Our lash lifts curl and elevate your natural lashes using a perming solution, and last about 4-6 weeks depending on your natural lash cycle. We ask that our guests arrive at their appointment with a fresh face. Remove all eye makeup, and avoid using sunscreen or moisturizers. Please don't curl your lashes or wear mascara. Right before the appointment you may be asked to cleanse your lashes with a mild cleanser to remove any leftover oils.
When applied by one of our amazing professionals, eyelash extensions should last the length of the natural growth cycle of your own eyelashes. Depending on your activity and day-to-day routine, most people need refills every 2-3 weeks!
