Positive: the day front desk workers were very nice and informative. they accomodated me before check in and even upgraded my room. the maintance man was very polite as well. the location very close to places we planned to visit during our stay Negative: the rooms are kinda ugly and only had 2 pillows and a very thin cover. The lady that works front desk during the night had a terrible attitude. I asked for a new remote and she never sent one. i tried calling her back and she never answered again

This place is absolutely unorganized. None of them communicate with each other and they all lie. I have tried on several different occasions to look at a room one person say yes another person say no. Then when you get the person that says yes that you can come and view it, you get up there and now there's another excuse. There's always an excuse first the locks didn't work now all of a sudden they had a plumbing issue then there was some other issue where you couldn't get in the building nobody can get in their rooms. I would definitely say this place is trash save your money and your time! The African American girl at the front was sweet though.

Ended up dealing with two different rooms then I had enough. Took a shower got out roaches were everywhere. So I grabbed what I could and trashed everything else. I told the front desk worker about room 303 and showed pics. She said I’m sorry it’s a no refund policy. She wasn’t rude or disrespectful though. I got the room because it was close to the stadium for the Spence fight. Never again will Extended Stay be a option.

I stayed here October 10th When I first called to make a reservation, the woman I spoke to told me they accepted Apple Pay. When I got there I was told I would have to pay cash even though I was told differently and the card reader clearly said they took Apple Pay. So I had to leave to get cash and come back. After an EXTREMELY long check in process (the longest I’ve ever had to wait through despite being the only place I’ve ever had to make a reservation which makes me wonder what was even the point of making said reservation) I was finally handed my room cards. Upon check out I was told my deposit would be refunded to my account. It never came. I waited a few weeks then called. I was told the manager was busy and would return my call later that day or the next. I never received a call and I never got my $100 deposit back. That’s pretty messed up. Especially considering the fact that I only stayed one night and left everything the way I found it. As for the rest of the stay... I had to call the front desk to figure out how to get the tv to show full screen. (You have to continuously press the down button and hope) the entire hallway was unfinished but at least being worked on I assume. There was a strong almost salty smell throughout the hall for my entire stay. Thankfully it didn’t penetrate the room. I didn’t see a single bug. The sheets weren’t pristine but definitely better than some other similar places I’ve checked out. I would stay again in a pinch if not for the deposit issue.

Can be tough though considering checkout is 11:00 AM. Call and speak to Joe. He's the manager over there and good with helping people.

Yes, for "in season" games. The Arlington Trolley is the shuttle service.
