Went to grocery shop, I had foot surgery and can’t walk. No motorized baskets. The employees said they are all broken. I’m quite sure they did not all break at once. Not handicapped friendly at all. No offer of any options nor would anyone help me to my vehicle. I’ve been a customer since 2005. Never again.

Okay I am ready to give quite possible the most real and informative review of this store. I have been shopping here for years but left out my thoughts of the store because of the people I knew working there and I was wrong for doing so. Krogers motto is full,fresh, friendly, this store exhibits none of this. The store is never full this is due to the management never ordering right. The store is never fresh this is also due to the store not ordering right (please check the dates on items you are buying). The store is also never friendly besides Denise everyone has always been hostile or used negative talk.

They charges me for sprite but gave me krogers cola zero sugar. I was born with primary immune deficiency I can't walk into store to exchange. I have been too sick lately. The store is 25 minutes way. They hung up 3 or 4 times. Put me on hold for a total of 1 hour, service lady also called me some names. She would not give me her name. The month before they gave me spinach that expires in 2 hours. Corporate did fix my issue. They were great.

I am updating my review... I had a very bad experience with the customer service representative. She was rude, condescending and just had general attitude issues when I asked about a question on my receipt. I will not patronize any establishments that lets people treat me less than human.
