I have TRIED to contact them THREE TIMES over the last almost three weeks. At no point have I EVER received a call back from them. When I call, they say, "Oh I'm sorry, I'll mark this call as urgent and an attorney will get back to you shortly," every single time. I have called one last (4th) time because they seem to be the most aware of a very specific matter involving my child and their assailant. I got the same thing from the answering service. I will update this if I ever hear anything from them, but I seriously doubt they're any decent if they can never seem to return an urgent phone call. *******UPDATE******* A couple hours after this review was posted, I got an email from the law group wanting to handle my problem due specifically to this review. I refused. My review is based on the fact that they are not replying to calls. He would not accept this as an answer and kept trying to "find" me (my reviews are under my pen name) through the system. No matter how many times I said that the only way to change this review, would be to fix their system and actually RETURN CALLS, all he would do is try to locate MY call in the sea of others not responded to in the queue. Take what you will from this, but my response was that NO ONE should have to write a negative review just to be able to get a call back from their offices. Apparently, however, that's what appears to be the only way to get them to respond. *******UPDATE******* A little over one year later, I still have not received a call back based on any of my original calls left in their system. I guess they REALLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CLIENTS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
