I made an appointment with Hadassa Cisneros, she told me she worked here and she asked me for a $300 deposit and canceled my appointment twice and then only gave me $100 back. She has also blocked me from social networks and does not respond to my messages and calls. I just wanted my money back and have not gotten any response from her. I am going to file a complaint with the: Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation so that they take away her license if she has one, so that she does not deceive more people and I am also going to report her to the police for fraud.

They don't have a receptionist because the stylists are all independent operators. Better luck finding a specific artist and contacting them.
