Had my son's 21st birthday dinner here and the staff and managers were amazing and so on point. My server was the best and the night turned out great!! Thank you so much for helping my son's birthday be memorable. You will see us again. God bless you.

We enjoyed a delicious meal yesterday afternoon in The Gardens at Los Vaqueros behind the restaurant. It was a beautiful day for dining outside. We started with some delicious queso, hot sauce and chips. I enjoyed the perfect “sangarita” drink with my meal! Our waiter was great, and the manager was telling us about some exciting renovations that are coming soon. Thanks for a most enjoyable dining experience.

Excellent traditional Tex-Mex dishes, fun atmosphere and great service! Our waiter Tony was very attentive and our meals came out to our table fast. Highly recommended especially if you are visiting the Stock Yards area.

Wait staff is great. Atmosphere is cozy and old west themed. Food was descent but a bit underwhelming for what I expected. They seemed short on staff. They were very busy but then we did go during the week of the Fort Worth stock show. May have to try here again when they are not as overwhelmed.

Drinks are available for purchase at the bar inside. For a fee (i think) they will put a bar outside for you. Guests can purchase drinks or you can add an open bar to your wedding package. Remember to tip the bartender. You may be allowed to bring champagne for a toast but Im not 100% sure on that.
I'm pretty sure they do, we were last year for all the school faculty around 130 people!
Masks and sanitation but was pretty full when I went. Food is great though!
Here's what the website says... It began many years ago, when a young girl named Kiki met a man named Johnny Valentine Cisneros Jr., both children of Mexican parents. They worked together at the famous El Chico Restaurant during their youth.
