I was given the wrong 160$ Rayban glasses. I went to exchange them the next day but was treated as if it was my fault THEY gave me the wrong ones. They lied about how they only have the ones on display when literally I saw the man pull one from below the day prior. I asked if I could get a refund because they told me they no longer had the ones I wanted the day before and they told me they only give store credit. I don’t know how many stores only give store credit in 2022. This store reminds me why people are moving to online only shopping. You would think they would treat someone who spent 160$ on glasses nicer but I didn’t get that feeling. It’s nice to get out of the house, I guess, and go to a location but if you go to the wrong place you will be forced to the deal with the questionable personalities in said store. Most places are fine. It’s never a given that it will be a good experience. I don’t think I will be returning here even though I have 5$ store credit because they don’t do refunds and the new glasses I received weren’t the original ones I wanted because they didn’t have the ones I wanted that I literally saw the day before for some reason. I don’t think “customer first” is something this place thinks, I get the feeling they don’t really like their customers and only see them as people they can get money from. It’s not really my thing. You can keep my 5$, I won’t be returning. Their are so many places and online shopping that one would be crazy to deal with stores that offer bad experiences. This one is a pass for me.

Hi, Those are done case by case by store manager so we can't guarantee an exchange. Items have to be clearly unworn with all tags and can only be exchanged for a new size not a new item or store credit. It helps if you can let them know when you purchased it as we can usually check our sales records. Thank you.
