Why can't they take a patient that has been a patient for 3 years do what needs to be done in a short amount of time instead of 5 to 10 months for a next appointment They need to do something about the priorities of their patients. I would not recommend the gastro system if your in a bad way unless you go to emergency.

Truly horrible. Stay away. They do not care at all what's wrong with you. They waste your time! My Dr was so mean. Lol she basically was like, "I'm not sure I believe you" I mean who lies about having lifelong anemia, celiac disease etc? I can't eat, I have horrible ulcers and all I wanted was blood work and a colonoscopy to start. They did everything they could to make me feel like I shouldn't have come but I waited 4 months for that appointment so now I have to start again somewhere else. Thanks for nothing.

The gi dept here is a nightmare every other dept in penn is amazing but not these people I have been suffering for 2 months begging for help I can’t even eat lost 26 pounds and I’m small to begin with they are giving me one test at a time and I’m still taking forever they honestly don’t care the people who answer the phones are the worst . To bad I’m in here now If I wasn’t so sick I’d start over somewhere else I don’t even have faith that they are ever going to help me stay away

Have your test done somewhere else. They don't honor the appointment time. (I couldn't post my review without giving them one star.)
