The beautiful of this place is the lake surrounding the apartment buildings. Round the clock maintenance, fitness center, swimming pool, pool table, tennis courts, children’s play area and more. The best part of this place is it’s beautiful view in the morning and evening.

Based on most recent reviews avoid this place at all cost looks nice the place where it is located looks nice too but as all the most recent reviews have said it has gone really down hill

I applied for an apartment here and I was explicitly told that if I didn't move in, I would receive my admin fee back. After I decided not to move in, an entire month before the apartment was going to be available, they told me they wouldn't refund the fee because if I was approved, they keep the admin fee. I work in housing, this is not typical. I already paid the application fee and understood it was non-refundable. Now they are going back on their word and against a commonly understood practice. Do not apply here, they are petty.

Would not recommend this place. We stayed till our lease was up but counted the days till we could go elsewhere. On the surface they look good and staff is friendly until you sign your lease, then good luck.There was a leak in the hallway the whole time we lived there. Their answer was to put a bucket there. Lost money in laundry equipment several times. We had twelve families per laundry room, half the time only one of the two washers/dryers worked. They didn't do anything about the people breaking the rules with very large, mean dogs. Also parking lot is horrible. When it rains you cannot see the large holes til you step in them, and snow removal is unheard of. For as much rent as you pay...look elsewhere. Also not safe.
