DON'T GO THERE. THEY MESSED UP MY PHONE AND KEPT IT. In May, I took my cracked screened phone for a normal repair, they tried to give it to me 3 times and those 3 times was rejected by me because of the following reasons: FRONT CAMERA NOT WORKING, PHONE TURNING OFF UNEXPECTEDLY, CAMERA NOT WORKING. They tried to blame it on me and up to this date they still have my phone. TOTAL RIP OFF AND DISHONEST PEOPLE DONT GO HERE.

I dropped off two items for repair in October of 2021. I had called twice in 2022 for updates, and was told they were waiting on a part (which never arrived). This 22nd of July 2022 I arrived to the shop in person, in order to collect my belongings. What I had turned in was untouched, completely untouched, even an ipod gen five (which only needed a hard drive switch, I provided the hard drive.) Before showing up I was told I would be charged 30 dollars for having them keep it there. The guy at the counter said he just "thought someone had abandoned it"--he's relatively new, he said. Sweet People. Think twice and then take your stuff elsewhere. Much luck.

They really lack some professionalism, I emailed a couple places some weeks ago since I was looking for someone to work on my Nintendo Switch housing replacement, CPR was the only one that it was something they had done before with no issues and were pretty comfortable doing. I went there Saturday and the actual tech wouldn't even come talk to me, they just had someone tell me that they would charge me $100 and would not guarantee breaking it any further... I'd believe for that rate they could at least guarantee they would do a good job, the way they were dealing with me just felt too sketchy so I decided not to get the service done with them, it was just a waste of time to go there, they could have just told me they weren't comfortable working on it by email and save myself the hassle.
