Is there a negative star button? because this place doesn't even deserve a full star. Came here with a kid that had what appeared to be a broken ankle. I was told that we could be seen in a few hours. We waited over 5 hours. But, that was mild compared to the actual care we received. I had to ask for an ice pack to at least start the process of getting the swelling down. On numerous occasions, they asked what we had done for the foot, such as ice, elevate, compress. My response was "nothing, because we sat in YOUR waiting room". The foot was not weight bearing. They took an X-ray which was never read by a radiologist. Since it was now closing time and they wanted to go home, they handed us some post op shoe that is used for people who have had foot surgery, versus a walking boot. When asked, they said "well, if you have a boot at home, he can use it", like who just has medical supplies at their disposal and if we had a boot at home, we wouldn't be wasting our time at this place. Never got an answer what this shoe is for since it offers no support or aides in walking. Then, they handed us an ace bandage and told us to put it on ourselves, that we can YouTube it. We then were told if you have crutches at home, to use them. Again, who just has stuff like this at home. They got him crutches, handed him a piece of paper with instructions on how to use them. We were given no other instructions. Needless to say, no one that has a pulse should go here unless you don't want one any more. I will never go back here and while in there waiting room was making appointments for the next day to get this looked at by someone with an actual medical degree.

This place is horrible. If you have a sick kid do not come there or pack a lunch because you are going to be there a whole day. You come in and nobody directs you where to check in, the employees sit and talk gossip at their desk. Then once you come up to one and check in, they tell you that there are 21 people ahead and do not know what the wait time is. You do not get a number, and one of my children had to go to the washroom and i could have missed being called in. During the pandemic they would check you in and call you once a room was available and that usually was 40 minutes. What happened to this place? Even cook county hospital emergency room runs quicker then this place!

One of the worst immediate care there is. Been waiting with sick child for over 3 hours and still didn't take us in. Horrible. Never coming back here again

I went in exactly 3:20 lady said they are closed for the day when urgent care closes at 4! lazy staff just didn’t want to take last patient to deal with cleaning up! So if you need to go a hour before closing don’t waste your time they will not take you !

I believe you don’t need an appointment to see the doctor all though I would call them and make sure if they do take her insurance.
