My dad was treated very poorly at Symphony. He was in long term care. They didn't give him regular baths, he was dirty and the first thing my father said to me was "I want to leave here, they are not caring for me" This place borders on neglect. Additionally, when I was there, there were 2 elderly women in wheelchairs calling out for help as they were in the hallway. This place is a nightmare. Please send your loved ones someplace else.
