Mr. Kim was friendly, happy and welcoming. I brought a pair of Mocboots needing to be stretched. But we decided not to do that went a different direction removed the insert and removed the lambs wool from the insert cut out new leather foot bed then glued the lambs wool to the foot bed and walla. One golf shoe sole completely blown off, the other half off. Was told he would glue and stitch. Asked for receipt, "you don't need one. Any problems just come back." He didn't glue nor stitch the one that was half blown off. Went back and he told me I didn't ask for that.........extremely rude instantly, and started walking away from me. Called back 30 minutes later to talk calmly. We misunderstood one another when I first brought the shoes in. He will redo the repair at no charge. So, he is doing the right thing. Thank you

Owner is hospitable.. I took 3 expensive purses for repair, he showed me the quality materials he's going to be using.. I look forward to the outcome. 3 weeks later I went back to pick up my hand bags and was delighted with the work that was done thank you.
