I walked in to play it again sports just now wearing my charter school T-shirt and photo ID badge hoping to buy $250 worth of golf discs. Most of their used discs had people’s full name and phone numbers on them and we’re being sold for $11.99+ tax. I found some recreational plastic for $9.99 and picked out 13 discs for $140 something plus tax. I asked the owner for a 10% discount. Not only would he not give me $14 off the price but he told me he didn’t even want my business. I was appalled on several levels. I’m not sure which is bothering me more, the fact that they were selling low quality, bad condition, used plastic with people’s names and phone numbers for such an exorbitantly high price or the fact that they weren’t willing to help out a charter school program.
