Went to get tested on 12/27/21 and still didn't receive my pcr results. They said it was going to take 48 hours and its been well over a week. I tried calling but got an answering machine saying to email them. I emailed them and they responded saying the labs are backed up but at the bottom of the email they offered their paid services for expedited results which I find odd. I believe they do this on purpose so you can pay to get results. Why should we pay for something that's free for the entire US? People working there were nice but other than that I don't recommend this place. **Update: its been over a month and still no pcr results.

Hi, Yes it's valid for travel and a pdf file will be sent out to your email directly when it's ready. You will also be notified via SMS.

The sign says don’t call because it’s easier to text or email. You have to understand it’s Christmas… that’s why we are closed. Obviously there will be delays during the holidays as the operation is run by people with families as well and they deserve a day off too to be with them. We will be open 8am Sunday morning. Please feel free to stop by and talk to us. We can even arrange a tour of the lab if you think it’s a scam but everyone has been told to expect delays in results because of the holiday. Expedited options are available but those options aren’t free. They require use of an expensive PCR kit that results in 10 mins. We offer this for people that don’t have the ability to wait for the normal 48 hours or the extended period during the holidays.
