Bait & Switch: Got a quote from Robert through email to program a new key-FOB for my car. I ordered the FOB online and when I called Robert to setup an appointment to program it, the price went up by 60%…typical bait & switch tactics! Needless to say, he didn’t get the job. Instead, I gave my business to an honest and professional competitor. I suggest you do the same.
