The physical therapy provided at Creative Rehab is top notch! The therapists are experienced and knowledgeable, and having the same person for the entire hour is wonderful.The staff are welcoming, and I really appreciate the opportunity to work out in the therapy pool. A PT to most people is someone who helps someone get back to their normal lifestyle and activity as quickly as possible. No one ever mentioned how some, top notch PTs, will try exercise after exercise, researching new techniques, for almost a year, in order to make that recovery a reality; all the while- consoling, talking, actively listening, laughing, encouraging, empathizing. From the moment I hobbled in the front door of Creative Rehab, Rosa, managing the front desk, was always friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating with every special request I had. The PTs I worked with at CR are all experts and each one offered my recovery something unique- Anita, Di, Nicole, Elise, Jayne, and Jen- thank you! I couldn’t be where I am today without you! However, Jen was my guardian PT Angel through it all! She stuck by me and never lost hope, even when I did at times. She cared so deeply about each of my needs, physically, of course, but also mentally. Jen knew, better than I, that I needed to be in a good mental state with my accident and healing, before moving to the physical side of my recovery. We laughed and I cried, along with every emotion and small celebration in between. I didn’t want to miss a session, as going to CR and working with Jen gave me the confidence I needed and more exercises to do at home to gain my strength back even quicker. CR has private rooms for each client, which made me feel more confident when Jen worked with me on my knee injury. I was not just a number with Jen or any of the CR staff, I felt I was part of their family, and they really cared about the improvement of my knee injury every time I walked in. Thank you for an amazing, top notch, unique, (hopefully once in a lifetime!) experience that I will never forget. Jen (and the whole staff) made my recovery more than a recovery; she inspired me to be a better person and to respond in a more empathetic way to others in need. I would, without hesitation, give a 5+ rating to Jen and the entire CR staff and highly recommend them for any of your PT needs. I am stronger because of Creative Rehab and their expertise! Thank you is not a strong enough word to let you know how I feel.
