I cancelled my membership on jun. The person I spoke through the phone told me that I would still have the rest of the month paid if I wanted to join. All was fine till I realized I’ve been charged for the last 3 months. Until now I’ve never got a cancellation email.

No but you have to buy a guest pass
When I was there they had one in the far corner of the free weight area
it is included with membership
They can look you up but you should ask about how to get a new one made
