I really enjoyed being here. The place is clean and all the staff is extremely friendly. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. The PT and OT staff are amazing. Every single one of them was very friendly. And the food was pretty good too. I highly recommend this place. I seen so many people come in and within a week have grown so much. I really appreciate the PT staff Rebecca. She was really fun to talk to and kept me motivated during each of my PT sessions.

1) I want to fully express that I am beyond pleased with the occupational and physical therapists I have worked with recently (OT-Riya & PT-Natalia/Natasha) These two have been compassionate, respectful, prompt, and absolutely amazing in helping their patients feel comfortable and getting the care they deserve. 2) The reason for a 3 star rating is because one specific person, Aralid, who is a receptionist/scheduler. I have been in and out of this rehab for the past few years for various reasons.... throughout my time here she has always been rude, impatient, and her disrespectful tone is unacceptable. Truthfully it is sad to have this employee working with attitude for patients simply trying to get evaluated or update their schedule. For example, just last night I came in to fix my mother's schedule for physical and occupational therapy. Aralid obviously expressed she was annoyed with the presented task. When I mentioned I had to schedule a make up appointment that was missed a week prior, she rudely cut me off to tell me I can't do so without the yellow sheet approved by the therapist. Little did she know we had a yellow approval sheet from last week but the scheduling team was too busy we were informed we had to submit the yellow sheet into my mother's file (can't take that yellow sheet home). The entire time Aralid was rudely cutting me off as I'm trying to inform her what needs to be scheduled and rescheduled. After my encounter with her last night, I rightfully so took the updated schedule without saying "thank you", because frankly why would I be thankful for such rude attitude and disrespect. As I walked away, she sarcastically announced "You're welcome" with a sassy tone, as if expecting I should show gratitude for her rude patient service. So much for a company statement that promotes respect, compassion, and patience to provide the best care possible... Aralid defies all of that. I look forward to observing change because obviously in the past when I had brought it up to Amita's (then) attention, it seemed disregarded because upon my recent return to this rehab she's still the same rude, disrespectful, impatient employee at this establishment.

My Cousin got excellent care at Alexian from the whole team. Mike the occupational therapist was extremely caring and patient. Valarie was extremely helpful in communicating with me on a regular basis. The nurses were great and my cousin said Maria always had a smile and was always helping others. Also the speech therapist was extremely helpful and patient. Very happy with the care my cousin received there.
