Took my boots in on August 12. Nephew charged me a 150.00. Had to pay up front???really? So I sent to thru pay bills at my bank for 150.00. Nephew called me last week and told me boots should be ready by weekend. So I waited. I heard not a word from them I called this last Saturday and young man said nephew wa out but would relay the message. Still no call. Today (8/23/22) went up their and boots still not fixed. I told this young man that my money was taken out of my bank as o 8:12. And I needed these fixed and this was not acting in good faith to the customer. He told me to take the boots back unfixed and it was to me to get my money back from my bank. Will give this information to Chamber of Commerce and Comsumers affairs. I am 75 and this young man (Carlos) was so rude and did not care one way or another.
