The Most Disappointing Mexican Food Experience. There were two of us and there was no flavor in each of the different dishes we ordered. The rice was hard like it was over cooked and no flavor. The bean dip that comes with the chips was awful, and no flavor. The only items that we really enjoyed were the water, the salsa and the chips. We honestly received most of our sustenance from the chips and salsa, really our dinner was the chips and salsa. We love Mexican food and were looking forward to eating here especially because there were plenty of good reviews. I honestly do not understand all the great reviews especially after eating there. Also with how much we paid the prices were very high for the low quality food received. The service was okay, they did their job but was lacking a welcoming customer service mentality. Please find somewhere else to get excellent Mexican food, this is not worth it.

Excellent experience! Great food! Tasty, full strength Margarita's! Exceptional service! The portions are so generous we brought half of the food home and enjoyed it the next night. This is our go to restaurant whenever we are in Cheyenne. This last time, our waitress was Laura, and she was fun, helpful, and great to visit with. We are so glad we stumbled onto Hacienda Guadalajara!

The food was alright. I liked the bean dip given with the meal. But I did not like the corn in the rice and the flavor of the refried beans. I have had better Mexican food.

We took the whole family for a meal here. The waiter that we had was SO great with our kids, actually having the patience to hold a conversion with our 4 year old about what he wanted to order. The food was great, the restaurant decor and ambiance is beautiful and we had a great time. If I had any complaints it would be that the two people in the hosting booth were both on their cell phones and didn't seem like they were to thrilled to see us walk in. That started us off a little uncomfortable. Luckily the waiter was so great that it turned things around for us.
