My experience was far better than what others have said.

One of the worst facilities I've ever loaded at in 4 decades of trucking. Directios: I-35E exit Marsalis/Ewing; go south a couple of blocks to Clarendon; make an extremely hard left onto Clarendon, and it will be on your right. You stop at the front window of the guard shack for a check-in sheet, but go park up on the hill to your right to fill it out, then walk your paperwork to the back window of the guard shack. Now wait. Normally, you're loaded between 5 and 7 hours from when you check in. Today, it was 9 hours for me. Once they call you to a dock, don't slide your tandem until you're completely lined up to the dock. You'll thank me later. They only have 2 shipping docks, and 2 receiving docks. I've only picked up, so I only know the shipping dock procedures. After getting into the dock, go up some steps to a check-in table at dock 2. There probably won't be anybody there. Put your check-in sheet under a weight on the table, take a gladhand lock from a hook on the wall, chock both tires, lock your red gladhand, and return the hook to the hook. Now, go back to your truck. When they're done, they'll probably yell. Go get your seal and paperwork. When leaving, go straight down the one way street until it ends, then go to the right, and it will bring you back around through the back of where you were parked at for all that time. There is a scale on the way out of the parking lot. Give your paperwork to the guard at the back window. Have fun.

Generally,Westrock is very bad and unfriendly company for truckers in my experience but this place is the worst . The security guards behave like they were being forced to this job you could barely hear their instructions behind the glass window. The only good thing here was the parking and the loader guy who was helpful over the phone.

They do not sell cardboard there. Its all used to make paper.
Nope it's true and close
Depends on reason if your pick up a load there is a 2 hour prior to pick allowance but if you're delivery it's by appointment
There's room if they'll let you.
At 7pm
